This book aims to be a guide in the study of the Esport world starting from the players which compose it, up to the evaluation of its economics and the attractive power towards Millennials and Generation "Z". Interpreting the data of an expanding market for the reader, two main players are studied: The International Esport Federation (IESF) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Through an in-depth study of the Esport environment, the regulations and the players who have decision-making power in this market, we try to evaluate and understand the responsibilities of the federations, and how they seek constant recognition from the IOC for an autonomous ever-growing market.
