In celebration of Seaman winning the Excellence Award in the Interactive Category of the 3rd "Agency For Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival of Digital Art", Sega launched a campaign called "Ichi, Ni, San, Shiman". Between Mar. 4 and Mar. 31, if you purchased Seaman at a Dreamcast partner shop or Dreamcast Direct, you'd receive this limited edition book. In addition, the book was automatically sent to players who'd already purchased the game, using the enclosed postcard.
It offers a deep dive into the Seamen species, and their impact on humanity since the earliest days of civilization.
