The Super Mario Galaxy arc starts in this volume Bowser attacks Peach's Castle at the Star Festival. Mario in his attempt to save Peach is sent into space. He ends up meeting Rosalina and the Lumas and decides to help them fuel the Comet Observatory with Power Stars.
