There are video games that, when they finish, continue. Stories that never end, because they are no longer part of a cartridge or a disc, but of our mind. They shape us to a greater or lesser extent. They become a fragment of our existence. While other companies designed video games that dealt with exterminating aliens, fighting against evil corporations or saving damsels in distress, Quintet offered us three stories, already mythical, about the creation of the world, the flourishing of life, and paper, not always positive, of human beings in the global ecosystem.
Soul Blazer, Illusion of Time/Gaia, and Terranigma - the Soul Trilogy - also known as the Heaven and Earth Saga, symbolizes the period of maturity in the universe of video games. The now extinct Quintet can be considered one of the first strongholds of this hobby, which, for many, has become a way of life. Let's not let it fall into oblivion.
