The tale unfolds in the aftermath of a grueling match between Jago and Riptor, leaving Jago wounded and at the mercy of an impending lycanthropy infection. Orchid, TJ Combo, and Thunder witness the dire situation, prompting Orchid to leap into the fray, saving Jago from the savage Riptor until medics arrive. In a shocking turn, Sabrewulf reveals that Ultratech has a cure for lycanthropy promised as a tournament victory prize. Orchid, determined to secure the cure, confronts the newly appointed Ultratech chairman, Director Howard. However, a mysterious figure reveals himself as the old Chairman, reclaiming his position in a deadly coup.
Orchid, undeterred, seeks the cure the next day with Sabrewulf, but their covert mission is interrupted by the treacherous Kara and her Riptors. After a fierce battle, Sabrewulf unwittingly consumes a growth formula, transforming into a colossal, slime-coated menace. Orchid, enraged, beats Kara senseless and returns to find Jago undergoing a shocking transformation. Frustration gives way to revelation as Orchid discovers a birthmark, realizing that Jago is, in fact, her long-lost brother.
